These terms govern your use of RaceResults ("the app"), published by GoInspired LLC ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the App Store terms.

The data

The app displays schedules, results, standings, rider and circuit information, weather and news aggregated from public third-party sources. This information may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate, and can change without notice. It is provided for general information and entertainment only, and must not be relied upon for betting, travel, or any other decision where accuracy matters.

Not affiliated

RaceResults is an independent companion app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Dorna Sports, MotoGP, FIM, any team, rider or circuit. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Pro features and payments

Some features may require a paid upgrade ("Pro"). Purchases are processed by Apple under the App Store terms; pricing, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to disrupt or overload our services, reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.

No warranty

The app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoInspired LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the app or its data.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
